Tapestry Arts

Tapestry began as part of the country's bicentennial celebration and continues to this day with the annual Tapestry Arts Festival each Labor Day Weekend. The festival is a three-day celebration of the visual and performing arts held on the streets of downtown San Jose.  However, this is just the beginning of Tapestry's community arts connection. Revenue from the festival provides seed monies to bring arts outreach to our neighborhoods and arts education to our local schools.
